Real Estate
An attorney is required to close a real estate loan in the state of Georgia. Whether you are buying a home for the first time or refinancing, it is a good idea to have an attorney that you trust handling your closing. At The Lokey Law Firm, P. C., we have several years of experience with closing real estate loans. We want you to understand the documents you are signing, and the attorney takes time with each client to do just that. In addition, we provide title search opinions for all of our closings. Also, we offer both mortgage and owner’s title insurance through Lawyer’s Title of Georgia.

Will & Estate Matters
The Lokey Law Firm, P. C. has a very easy will drafting process. All you need to do is contact the office for an appointment. You will meet the lawyer that day and talk about your options and what is right for you. At the end of the consultation, she will tell you the full costs for your particular situation. If you wish for her to draft your document(s), you can then schedule a second appointment before you leave so that you can come back to sign all of your document(s). Make sure that you are prepared for your last days.
We also provide probate services for your loved ones after your passing. More often than not, a will requires probate services through the county Probate Court. The Lokey Law
