We charge $275 for an uncontested divorce plus court cost, which normally range from $75 to $90 depending on the county.
Once the paperwork is filed with the court there is a 30 day waiting period We will schedule the next available court date after the waiting period. The divorce is normally final on the court date. This entire process takes about 6-8 weeks.
If you are going through an uncontested divorce, it is not required that you have your own attorney. However, it is highly recommended to have your own attorney to review the documents with prior to signing your divorce papers.
